Nike Auto Flight *Holiday 09′*
Hardcore 90’s Nike basketball fans may not approve of the Auto Flights for obvious reason but once these are placed on the foot, minds will change. The Flight Lite’s upper (especially the tongue) is probably one of the best but they’re too bulky for the type of jeans worn today. The addition of the vulcanized sole updates this classic into the current state of fashion. The subtle 3M pops catapults this Auto Flight release into my favorite of the bunch.

[...] We first showed you a preview of the Nike Auto Flight at the end of April and now some new images have emerged that give us a peek at what these kicks look like in action. Like the Auto Force 180 from a few days back, the Auto Flight takes a classic Nike basketball model (the Air Flight Lite High) and fuses it together with a vulcanized Blazer midsole, giving it a more contemporary lifestyle look rather than its original performance basketball aesthetic. This version of the Auto Flight features a Black leather upper with red accents and a White midsole. The color scheme gives the shoe a nice subtle look, but thanks to the super-high cut on these, they will still be sure to draw attention. The Auto Flight is not expected to debut until Nike’s holiday ‘09 collection, but for now, you can check out another image after the jump. Via Leaders 1354. [...]

[...] Leaders1354 give us another glimpse of Nike’s Holiday 2009 line featuring the Auto Force 180 and Auto Flight. As you can notice at first glance the Auto Flight with red accents above includes a combination of many 90’s kicks, most noticeable is the Flight Lite’s huge tongue. Either way both the Auto Flight and Auto Force 180 pull off a solid colorway that will do good with Nike heads. Turn the page for other images. [...]
