L.e for the Uncool goes in.

We spent the weekend in Columbus, Ohio this weekend and we partyied with our brother from another mother L.e for the Uncool. When Vic played L.e’s classic “Polo On My Body” the place went insane!! He recently released a freestyle over the Kanye West “Appalled” instrumental and dedicates the song to the people over in Haiti. His new mixtape “The Measure” drops on Valentines Day. The emcees were picked in small groups (around 5 for each segment), and the first to grab the mic were Rhymefest, Pugs Atomz, Que B.I.L.L.A.H., Phil G & Big Wiz. And all rappers spit over Chicago beats.

*Here is a little more background for you: We filmed this event last Spring at Leaders1354 on Wells and we invited close to 30 emcees to participate. The Experiment was hosted by PHLI-guy Dave Jeff, with Jay iLLa handling the DJ duties. We told the emcees to arrive and be prepared to spit a quick sixteen – however, I’m not sure they knew they were going to be in a room of their rapping peers. The public was not invited, and besides a few lucky patrons, it was only rappers in the room.

Boy Ol’ Boy we’ve watched Terrell and Joe of Vita Morte grow over the years. We remember them dropping off their colorful skull tees a few years ago and now our boys will be debuting their first cut and sew Vita Morte crewneck.
